Dr. Richard Veith said that witnessing some of the mental health care delivery services in King County sparked his advocacy. He said he was "mortified" and "embarassed" by the condition at one clinic south of Seattle.
"There's still a lot of stigma, but if we can get through the next two years and work together" conditions will improve, he said.
