Craig Rennebohm says that just like every community has parks and fire departments, each needs to provide housing and access to healthcare and behavioral health care.
"That's what it means to be neighbors," he said.
Dreyfus says that one way to get the care delivery model to change is to have money follow patients as a way of building capacities in communities. Right now, the funding model is doing all the wrong things, she adds.
